*Read/watch/listen to something the teaches you something new
*Do a craft/hobby that satisfies you
*Do something new to your hair
*Give yourself a pedicure, manicure, or facial
*Buy something special that shows off your new shape
*Make a notation of your current measurements & make a new commitment to yourself to get healthy
*Clean out your cupboards, refrigerator, and freezer of junk food. Donate it to a neighbor or take it to work for others (you can also donate to charity)
*Plant something beautiful
*Declutter your living space
*Rearrange your furniture
*Do some spring cleaning
*Go out of your way for others today
*Make a donation of clothing, food, or support to someone that needs a helping hand
*Make a phone call, write a letter, make a visit to someone you know
*Give a stranger a smile and praise
