When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Neat challenge!

1 thing I did was buying a gift of catnip for a friend. She's not eating it of course, her cat is! I'm the one who drove her to the shelter when she picked out her kitty, so I feel like a godparent.

I've also exercised a bunch & treated myself well.

Happy Weekend to you!

Your challenge this weekend is to BEAUTIFY. It can be your brain/spirit, your body, your environment, or your world. Here are some suggestions.

YOUR BRAIN/SPIRIT:
*Read/watch/listen to something the teaches you something new
*Do a craft/hobby that satisfies you
*Meditate/pray/worship

YOUR BODY:
*Exercise
*Do something new to your hair
*Give yourself a pedicure, manicure, or facial
*Buy something special that shows off your new shape
*Make a notation of your current measurements & make a new commitment to yourself to get healthy
*Clean out your cupboards, refrigerator, and freezer of junk food. Donate it to a neighbor or take it to work for others (you can also donate to charity)

YOUR ENVIRONMENT:
*Plant something beautiful
*Declutter your living space
*Rearrange your furniture
*Do some spring cleaning

YOUR WORLD:
*Go out of your way for others today
*Make a donation of clothing, food, or support to someone that needs a helping hand
*Make a phone call, write a letter, make a visit to someone you know
*Give a stranger a smile and praise
