Are you getting enough fiber in your diet? Our body needs fiber to keep our intestines clean. Fiber rich foods are usually lower in calories as well. What are great ways to get your fiber? By eating:
*Whole grains (i.e. rolled oats, whole wheat breads, cereals, etc.)
Remember to READ LABELS on what you eat. There are even foods on the market now that add additional fiber such as: Orange Juice, soy Milk, and Yogurt.
Your challenge today is to get in at least 25 grams of fiber without a fiber supplement. When increasing the fiber in your daily diet, make sure to drink plenty of water No one likes an upset tummy and too much fiber with not enough fluids can do just that.
