Happy Thursday to you!

Summer is just around the corner for most of us. It is time to tone up our arms so we can look smashing in our swimsuits, tank tops, and sleeveless dresses.

Your challenge today is to go into the Spark Fitness area and find 3-5 arm exercises that you can do. Tailor your workout to your fitness level. You can choose to do exercises using your own resistance, balance ball, weights, or resistance bands. YOU decide how tough to make your workout. Make sure to get in 2-3 reps of each exercise.

Keep this up and your arms will look AWESOME!

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
