Your challenge today is to WRITE ON YOUR SPARK BLOG. Blogging can be very therapeutic.Just write what is going on in your life. You can write about:
*Challenges you are facing
*Triumphs in your diet, exercise, or life
*A recipe that you enjoyed making
*Suggestions for weight loss that might help others (people read your blog you know...)
...or anything that comes to your mind. You don't have to write a novel if you don't feel like it. Just type what is important in your life right now. You will feel MUCH BETTER once you do.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
