The blog often helps me frame what is bugging me. Today I started out talking about one topic that quickly morphed into another topic and the true root or my worries....very therapeutic

Blogging is a SUPER way to put one's thoughts together and begin to have a chronicle of this wonderful journey we're all sharing!

Post your trials, tribs, successes & celebrations!

It's all SO worthwhile! :-)

Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to WRITE ON YOUR SPARK BLOG. Blogging can be very therapeutic.Just write what is going on in your life. You can write about:

*Challenges you are facing
*Triumphs in your diet, exercise, or life
*A recipe that you enjoyed making
*Suggestions for weight loss that might help others (people read your blog you know...)

...or anything that comes to your mind. You don't have to write a novel if you don't feel like it. Just type what is important in your life right now. You will feel MUCH BETTER once you do.

Have a great Friday!

“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
