Today's challenge is to push yourself just a little bit further.
If you walk for 30 minutes, try to add 10 minutes. If you do 10 sit ups push for 20
Whatever you do try to add 10 minutes or 10 of whatever exercise you are doing.
Remember: You can break it up any way you want so you can get that extra in.
Also don't forget to drink your WATER!!!
