I did a half hour of stepping on my stability ball, and am going to do a 15 minute core dvd before lunch! Hope everyone is doing well!

Weather permitting-I plan to push mow the dam of our pond. Great work out and I can add in some squats on the banks. I love to do cardio and get something else done simultaneously-the ultimate in multitasking!

Could only squeeze in 44 mins. this morning...but will be heading out for a "walk 'n talk" session with a client this afternoon if Mother Nature cooperates... :-)

Happy Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is to tailor your cardio workout to your fitness level. If you are:

*New to Exercise - Try to get in 30 minutes of continuous cardio.

*Have been exercising for a while (more than a month) - Try to get in 45 minutes of continuous cardio.

*Have been exercising for a long while - Try to get in 60 minutes of continuous cardio.

YOU CAN DO THIS! Remember to drink your water, have a nutritious snack afterwards (i.e. yogurt, banana, pumpkin seeds, etc.), and get in a cool down.

Have a FIT Wednesday!

P.S. Continuous cardio can be as simple as a brisk walk, or as strenuous as a several mile run. You can take a class at the gym, or do a video in your living room. It is all up to you and your fitness level. GO FOR IT!

Don't forget your water!!



There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
