Was a little hard for me since we are experiencing some heat in my area that I am not used to yet but I was able to get my 60 minutes (and a whole lot of water)!

Happy Monday to everyone!

Your challenge today is to get in 60 minutes of cardio exercise. You do not have to do 60 consecutive minutes of cardio. You can break up your workout into a few segments. Tailor your exercise to fit your fitness level.

Have a MUSCULAR & MOTIVATED Monday!


There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
