We ALL do it...."eyeball" portion sizes and guess the approximate size of what we have eaten. However, when we "guess" that we are eating a cup of cereal, are we really? Is it more like 1.5 cups of cereal? That extra .5 cups adds more calories to our day. Calories that we aren't keeping track of.

measuring cups, measuring spoons, and kitchen scale
After you have done that, MEASURE ALL FOODS AND BEVERAGES CONSUMED today. That means a nibble, a tasty, a sip. EVERYTHING!
