1) My strong legs which pump me through my treadmill sessions and bike rides.
2) My caring, respectful manner which helps people to feel comfortable talking to me.
3) My funloving, passionate-seeking nature.
4) My musical self...!
5) My straight-talking, tell-it-like-it-is nature.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Do you ever find yourself criticizing yourself for what you think your faults are? Do you look in the mirror and belittle yourself because you don't like something that you see?
