Happy Wednesday to you!

Did you know that not all fats are created equal? Saturated Fats (the artery clogging kind that you find in pastries, french fries, high fat meats, and junk food) are the bad fats. Omega 3 fats are good fats that help your body.

Your challenge today is to try and consume AT LEAST 2 foods that contain healthy Omega 3 fats. Foods to look to are:

*Flax & Pumpkin Seeds
*Canola oil
*Enriched eggs

Have a WELL FED Wednesday!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
