Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to get to 24 Points of Cardio for the day. The longer you exercise today, the more points you accumulate. Remember, you don't need to do all of your cardio at once. Taking several walks throughout the day is a GREAT way to get in your cardio and adding up points.

Remember that cardio makes you sweat. Therefore, drink your water!!!
