Happy Monday to you!

How was your weekend? Are you ready to have a GREAT WEEK?!!!

When was the last time you updated YOUR Spark? Your challenge today is to update YOUR Spark. Areas to focus on are:

*Your Sparkpage
*Your blog entries (have you done one recently?)
*Your measurements
*Your fitness goals (i.e. weekly cardio & strength minutes)
*Your nutritional needs (i.e. vitamins tracked)
*Your other goals (Did you know that you can add things on this list that are not food/exercise related? I have "brush teeth twice daily" and "make bed" on mine)
*Purge your Spark Teams that you belong to (Do they all apply to your needs? Are there other groups that might help support you and get you to goal?)
*Have you caught up on your messages from Spark members?
*Have you caught up on reading your Spark daily messages?
*What diet stage are you in? If it isn't working for you, go back one stage. Sometimes, that will "kick-start" your weight loss.
*Look through "Action Steps" on your Spark home. Is there anything there you can update?

Have a MOTIVATED Monday everyone!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
