1 – Do some yard work this week remember these minutes count. One person looks at a yard full of clearable brush and sees work. Another looks at the same yard and sees a way to get exercise.
2 – Clean out your fridge or dry food cupboard, check dates on items like salad dressings etc. let go of any unhealthy products you may still have in the house.
3 – Post a POSITIVE comment on a team members sparkpage and give them a goodie, it will make you feel good just as much as the person you choose.
4 – Take time for YOU this weekend, do some thing nice just for yourself and post what you did. Take a bath, plan for some fun, play a board game, write a journal, call a friend, take a walk, or get up and dance to the music.
5 – Eat more fiber from whole grains, fruits and vegetables with skins, beans, lentils and legumes. Aiming for 25-35 grams each day to help reduce your calorie intake and increase your satiety level.
Your challenge is to complete 3 or more of the above and then post when you have completed a challenge.
