This one is easy! I do this everyday since sparking-no nibbles, using measuring spoons and cups at the table along with a scale.

Happy Friday to you!

We ALL do it...."eyeball" portion sizes and guess the approximate size of what we have eaten. However, when we "guess" that we are eating a cup of cereal, are we really? Is it more like 1.5 cups of cereal? That extra .5 cups adds more calories to our day. Calories that we aren't keeping track of.

Your challenge today is to first get out your:

measuring cups, measuring spoons, and kitchen scale

After you have done that, MEASURE ALL FOODS AND BEVERAGES CONSUMED today. That means a nibble, a tasty, a sip. EVERYTHING!

You can do this. Keeping an honest account of what you eat is the FIRST STEP to a healthier, leaner, happier YOU.


There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
