For many of us, shorts season is JUST AROUND THE CORNER. There isn't a better time to get our legs trim and toned than now.
Your challenge today is to do an exercise (or several if you are doing strength training) to tone up your legs. Some activities could be:
*Strength training your lower body (i.e. squats, lunges, leg lifts, etc.) *Bicycling (Spinning class) *Rowing *Step Aerobics *Kickboxing (Turbo Jam & Tae Bo too!) *Jogging * walking or hiking *Swimming *Roller Blading *Skiing *Playing a sport such as soccer or basketball
