Fiber. It helps keep us healthy and full. Are you getting your daily fiber requirements?

Your challenge today is to ensure that you are eating enough fiber. How can you get your fiber requirements? Try foods like:

*Whole Grains (oatmeal, brown rice, etc.)
*Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
*Legumes
*Seeds

Can you meet your fiber requirements today? Remember that your body needs water to move the fiber through your system. Drink your water too!
