Your challenge today is: Longer, Harder, More Difficult. If you are doing:
CARDIO: *Can you go for more time? *Can you push yourself a bit harder? *Can you step up your routine to make it more challenging on you?
STRENGTH TRAINING: *Can you do more reps? *Can you add more weight or resistance? *Can you move up to the next level in difficulty?
