We all know that keeping an accurate account of our calories, exercise, and water consumption sets us on the road to GOAL WEIGHT. By being diligent with these, we are putting our health FIRST.
As we become more familiar with our healthier lifestyle, many of us tend to "eyeball" portion sizes. What we think is 1 oz. of cheese is really more like 1.5 oz. What appears to be a cup of cereal is more like 1.25 cups. Every little bit adds extra calories that we aren't counting. That hinders our weight loss.
Your challenge this weekend is to KEEP TRACK of all food & beverages consumed, and exercise. If your foods are not pre-measured, get out your kitchen scale, measuring cups & spoons.
