Happy MONday to you!

Your challenge today is to measure yourself. There are times when we feel that we are "shrinking" in size, but our scale just won't agree. That is when our friend the measuring tape comes in. Get out your measuring tape, a piece of paper, and pencil and measure:

*Chest
*Bust
*Waist
*Hips
*Upper Thighs
*Upper Arms

Optional:
*Wrists
*Neck
*Ankles

Have your numbers changed? Share your results with the group if you would like. We are all in this together!

Be sure to keep track of your personal measurements for next month (and to look back on as you "shrink"). you can measure yourselves around the 15th of every month.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
