This challenge I have in the bag...well may be minus the overly processed flour. I gave my husband a creamy wild rice soup recipe to make for supper and so it has some white rice and all purpose flour in it. But other than that slight addition in the meal...the rest of my day is good.

Above are a few ways to AVOID FAST FOODS. Today, your challenge is to try to avoid: fried, overly processed flour, high in sodium, high in salt, high in fat foods. You know the type....the ones that we have been eating for years that have made us want to START TAKING OUR HEALTH SERIOUSLY.
Who can plan ahead and eat healthy meals and snacks today WITHOUT seeking out "junk food"? YOU CAN DO IT!
