This challenge I have in the bag...well may be minus the overly processed flour. I gave my husband a creamy wild rice soup recipe to make for supper and so it has some white rice and all purpose flour in it. But other than that slight addition in the meal...the rest of my day is good.

Yep, status quo for me is a fridge full of fresh veggies at work. Did our big batch cooking over the weekend. Now, if only someone would clean out my crockpot..lol!

Happy Tuesday to you!

*Make Your Lunch
*Avoid drive-thru food
*Avoid the vending machines
*Plan ahead by using your crock pot

Above are a few ways to AVOID FAST FOODS. Today, your challenge is to try to avoid: fried, overly processed flour, high in sodium, high in salt, high in fat foods. You know the type....the ones that we have been eating for years that have made us want to START TAKING OUR HEALTH SERIOUSLY.

Who can plan ahead and eat healthy meals and snacks today WITHOUT seeking out "junk food"? YOU CAN DO IT!

Have a FANTASTIC Tuesday and don't forget to drink your water!

P.S. Make sure to read your labels! "Diet" foods such as energy bars, energy drinks, and meals can be full of sugar and/or sodium Reading your labels will help you stay informed and make you think: "Is this REALLY good for me?" Stay informed and read those labels!

“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
