Today's challenge : WATCH OUT FOR SALT! The foods we eat often have hidden sodium in them. Your challenge today is to stay within your sodium level.

Watch out for hidden salt in:

*Pickles
*soy Sauce
*"Diet" pre-packaged meals
*Deli & Lunch meats
*Soups
*Canned vegetables & fruits
*Baked goods
