*Try a new food *Try a new exercise *Try a new recipe *Try a new way of doing your exercise (i.e. add weights, go a different route, etc.) *Try eating small meals instead of 3 main meals *Try a new Spark team to join *Try a night of NO TELEVISION *Try reading a new website featuring health issues (WebMD, etc.)
