When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Hey folks...although I appreciate the new Team Goals concept SparkPeople now offers, I have to confess to missing the old way of tracking our progress as we had done prior to May.
How about for June we return to that former method of posting our daily efforts re: cardio and strength-building sessions...would that be of interest to a number of you...? Although I left it as an "option" for May it didn't seem as though too many folks chose to use that option...
What do you all think?
