Hey there I have known about the challenge and have done it. Problem is that I don't know how to post my mins. I have never joined a challenge b4. So if anyone could shoot me over an email on how to do it-step by step that would be great. I am not really SP savvy yet. Thanks guys

look under the sticky topic for the march challenge............it is mainly logging you cardio minutes + strenght training i think???check it out for sure..........lita


There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
