I've got 154 cardio for the month in so far. (Starting 3/5) To hit my goal of 2000 I should have 348..... well, some is better than none & I still have plenty of time to make it up!!!

I do a minimum of 30 min. per day most days of the week. I will just log my swimming for cardio and that should be about 600 min. with some days off.

I do a minimum of 30 minutes per day. I try to take off Sundays. So my goal for March 1-31 is 810 cardio minutes. Let's hope I can do it!

My goal for the month is 3,000 SparkAmerica minutes (that gives you 5 min for each strength exercise you do)

I usually do 5 days of strength so that leaves 2,000 minutes for cardio!! It's a lofty goal, but I'm giving it my all!!!!
