If you wear a pedometer, as I do, you can use the steps measured on it for your distance. If you don't wear a pedometer, every 15 minutes of working out equals 2000 steps and add 2000 more because even an inactive person will have close to 2000 steps in a day. On average 2000 steps equals a mile, so if you don't wear a pedometer that is what you will use as your measurement. Those that wear a pedometer it should show you how many miles each day. Now report it here starting January 2nd and lets see who goes the distance.
