I personally like changing challenges once a month. I also really need a challenge to push my fitness level up. I had a good February but I didn't lose a pound. (At least I didn't gain any!)

Marching into March or something? Tracking miles or steps forward, or minutes walking or exercise or something "marching" towards our goals... hey Marching towards our goals would be a good fitness challenge name focused on Exercise!

maybe a water challenge? We did the fruit/veggie thing. I see this team as more about establishing the habits. I really like the challenges you've come up with so far!!

The challenge for March is to let us know what you would like to see from this team. Do you have a challenge or challenges in mind that you would like the team to take on? If so, post them here and we will do them. Challenges I have posted for some time now get two or three participants, but never hear from the rest of the team. As long as there are those two or three participating and, hopefully, getting something out of it that's good to me. However, I would like to see participation from more team members. So, here is your chance to let us know what would get you to participate.

Looking forward to reading your great ideas!

P.S. I will be continuing the penny challenge if any members want to continue with it or join in.
