I personally like changing challenges once a month. I also really need a challenge to push my fitness level up. I had a good February but I didn't lose a pound. (At least I didn't gain any!)
Marching into March or something? Tracking miles or steps forward, or minutes walking or exercise or something "marching" towards our goals... hey Marching towards our goals would be a good fitness challenge name focused on Exercise!
