Hello One and All!

I am a vegetarian have been for over 13 years. I was vegan for about 3 years and followed a non-processed, no sugar, whole foods diet for 1. At that time I was the healthest I have ever been but went travelling through europe and well went back to just being vegetarian. Needless to say my weight crept back and now since a car accident I was involved in 1.5 years ago, my weight is at it's highest ever and my health is very poor.

So a friend of mine said try out this book "Thrive" by Brendan Brazier. He's a very healthy person, always trying to find the perfect thing to be in optimal shape and health. Well this book has been it for him. He stopped eating meat! Is feeling amazing and was raving about this program!

Now I call it a program but in reality it's more of a lifestyle change. I now see that it is as if this book was meant for me and now I clearly see my path. I am writing this thread in case others want to join the team and be the healthest person they can be.
