I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. What were your favorite vegetarian dishes that you enjoyed? Me, I made a classic sage sausage stuffing with Field Grain Sage sausages (vegan and soy-free - oh, and delicious!) and an amazing and simple thyme mushroom gravy.
But now the temperature are dropping and the end of the year draws near. Instead of waiting until January 2014 we can all make good holiday decisions, like keeping active and not overeating (but still enjoying those holiday treats!).
