For juicing most things a breville juicer is super fast and easy to clean. If you want to juice wheat grass for extra nutrition a Sampson juicer is best. There is tons of juicer comparisons on youtube.com
The purpose of juicing is to decrease the fiber and extract the most amount of nutrients out of the produce. It is different from blending. It allows you to drink more nutrition by removing the fiber. Yes, fiber is good for many people. If you have health issues for some juicing allows your body to extract more from juice than from blending. While both juicing and blending are great, you have to decide what issues you have or don't have and which would benefit you more. I have MS so I tend to juice as I have nutritional deficiencies.
