Peanut butter helps balances the blood sugar, so that could have been why you craved it! I have read somewhere some people have 1tsp before bed to help regulate their blood sugars through the night. Great job :o)

I did my first day yesterday...80% raw, 20% cooked and I lost 3 pounds. I know it won't happen every day but it was such a surprise. I am afraid I did eat one piece of bread with peanut butter and honey but I was a little off balance LOL. I am a sweet aholic, although I have been much better this last couple of months. When I get groceries going to get some fruit and that will help. Yesterday I had a salad for lunch and veggie soup for dinner. Breakfast is just water or green drinks. You are not supposed to eat until noon and I did make it.
