Dusty I think she is awesome. I read about her when I had cancer. She has an incurable cancer and she took it in her own hands to heal herself. She still has cancer but is really healthy.

Peanut butter helps balances the blood sugar, so that could have been why you craved it! I have read somewhere some people have 1tsp before bed to help regulate their blood sugars through the night. Great job :o)

I did my first day yesterday...80% raw, 20% cooked and I lost 3 pounds. I know it won't happen every day but it was such a surprise. I am afraid I did eat one piece of bread with peanut butter and honey but I was a little off balance LOL. I am a sweet aholic, although I have been much better this last couple of months. When I get groceries going to get some fruit and that will help.
Yesterday I had a salad for lunch and veggie soup for dinner. Breakfast is just water or green drinks. You are not supposed to eat until noon and I did make it.
