imvegan, truth is that in my part of the world, there are not a lot of choices when it comes to green stuff, and whenever there is a choice, it is not an organic one (at least for my leafy stuff, i always choose organic).
i sometimes switch to broccoli, but i'm not a fan of it- its flowery texture is annoying to me and disgusts me.
what do you do about your pantothenic acid/b5?
i know about mushrooms, but they're kind of expensive to eat on an everyday basis, pity enough cause i'm a huge fan of them.
