The other night my husband make a tofu vegetable stir-fry, but this time he added Pesto and it was amazing! Just changing up the spices/sauces presents an entirely new dish!

I have never tried to marinate tofu...I just started adding it to my meals and I like it. The last time I used tofu, I crisped it in a no stick pan and added it to my veggie stir fry. Thanks for the tip!

One way to use tofu is to marinate it. I use balsamic vinegar and a lot of herbs. I try to marinate it at least 5 hours. Then you can either use it in a salad or bake it.
