Glad to get your feedback... fresh spinach / chard may be better... you can always increase the spices if you want to hot it up a bit?

I made the soup. I find it's good, but not great. It is incredibly simple to make and that I appreciate. I used fresh chard instead of frozen spinach. If I was a better cook and more intuitive, I'm sure I would know what additional spices, ingredients, and changes to make to fashion this basic recipe into a really tasty soup. I am enjoying it, just.....

Thanks. I'm very much looking forward to making this. All the ingredients on their own I like a lot and use a lot. This particular combination looks just right. Can't wait. Thanks again.

Perfect autumn food: A very filling and pert soup where the ginger and the coconut milk permeate the flavour.
