I cook the tomato sauce down a little to make it thicker and use it to flavor salad dressings, flavor vegetables, stews, casseroles and freeze the rest in ice cube trays.
Let us know how you use yours. emoticon

Use it as a pizza sauce, make a tomato soup, mix a little of it with vegetables like green beans or corn. The Greek eggplant dish Moussaka uses tomato sauce and is fantastic!
Hope these ideas help. : )

I have a lot of leftover plain tomato sauce. I can freeze some of it but was wondering if you might have some ideas- aside from a pasta sauce--for recipes. Thanks.
