I found this really nice web site for Indian dishes. www.manjulaskitchen.com I love most of the recipes here. The only modification I do to these recipes is to add garlic whereever possible. Some of the dishes I make on a regular basis using this site are Chana (or Chole), Rajma (kidney beans cooked in a delicious gravy), Palak paneer(I prefer making paneer over buying packaged)
Very cool! I just signed up, too. Thank you for sharing the info. I *love* Indian food. I've gone vegan for as long as a year, raw foods vegan for a year also, and typically revert back to vegetarian adding back cheese & greek yogurt.
