I, too, am working on gaining muscle and have been using protein powders to help me. I've recently discovered hemp seeds which I get in bulk. They are a complete plant-based protein having many amino acids. It comes in the form of a dark green powder; so far I only use it when making homemade protein bars. I've tried Lifetime's "Life's Basic Plant Protein." It, too, is vegan, plant based, and a complete protein with many amino acids. It is light green with a particular but not unlikable taste. I also use a whey complete protein powder. It is not vegan and has many amino acids. It's weird purchasing protein powders. With all the packaging and processing it doesn't fit with my fresh-plant based eating. I do feel much less fatigue and I'm not loosing weight but gaining muscle which is my goal. I wish the bulk hemp was not so strong tasting. I, too, would appreciate any good ideas.

I've tried Sunwarrior Protein Powder natural blend. I like it. It's yummy and smooth. But not hypo-allergenic. My nursling was finally diagnosed with a rice allergy instead of just a sensitivity after I tried this stuff. Poor thing had a blistering rash.

It's got a pretty good flavor and not too chalky.

I've also used the hemp protein from Trader Joe's.

I heard about it but haven't tried it. I am currently using hemp protein but I was looking for something with a little more protein and better taste.

I have heard it tasted really good and disolved a lot better but just wanted more opinions.

What, if any protein powers do you guys take? I am trying to gain a lot of muscle.

Thank You!
