Found this website:

www.drugs.com/cg/dialysis-diet.html

It is a dialysis diet.

Fruits: These foods have one-half gram of protein, 70 calories, and 15 mg of phosphorus. Each serving is one-half cup, unless another amount is given.

* Low potassium (0-100 mg):

o Applesauce.

o Blueberries.

o One cup of cranberries or cranberry juice cocktail.

o Canned pears.

o Grape juice.

Vegetables: These foods have 1 gram of protein, 25 calories, 15 mg of sodium, and 20 mg of phosphorus. The amount of sodium listed is for vegetables that are canned or prepared with no added salt. One serving is one-half cup, unless another amount is given.

* Low potassium (0-100 mg):

o One cup of alfalfa sprouts.

o Green or wax beans, and bean sprouts.

o Raw cabbage.

o Peeled cucumber.

o All varieties of lettuce (one cup).

o One green, sweet pepper.

Maybe creating a protein drink from items that are low in those 3 Vitamins/minerals.

My grandmother has been on dialysis for the past8 years. The last 4 years they have had her on glycerna dialysis protein shake with no potassium, phosphorus, and sodium (bad for her being on dialysis). She needs to eat a high level of protein due to the dialysis process. My grandmother is trying to become vegan. I need help finding a vegan protein shake with no or low potassium, phosphorus, and sodium. I would appreciate if any one knows of a product she could use. Even better if you know where I could order it. Thanks in advance for your help.
