OK. I tried eating the Dr. Cow chashew nut cheese (motzorella flavor) sprinkled on toast and melted in the microwave. I can't say that I loved the taste. Maybe on something with tomatoes it would be better.
GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? By not eating added sugar, using Omega3s, base meals on veggies, water aerobics at least 3X week and using NuStep when I can't get to the pool.
Oppps. Sorry, didn't see the link and that you were asking about Dr. Cows. No I haven't had it, but I've heard very good things about it from others. It's expensive, but apparently for some, worht the price.
Yes. It's very good. There is a "ricotta" made from soaked raw cashews, lemon juice and salt. Put it in a VitaMix blender or other strong blender or maybe a food processor would work. Let it rip. Delicisous. If you let it keep going and going, it turns into a raw vegan "sour cream."
I've had this many times, several as part of raw vegan lasgana. It's really good.
