hey 'all... Malathi is back !!!! ...
Sorry been away for some time and I will really try my best to stay... Been so tied with work till I stopped my workouts and shot up from 59kgs to 72kgs (past 2 years) and am not back to track .... :) ... I have already dropped 7 kgs for the past 2 months... another 5 to go... !!

Monthly goals : 1500 minutes
p/s : Will try to meet it seeing its raining almost every evening at my place. Am now moving outdoors instead of the gym...
