Monthly goal: 750mins, Gym 3x / week [except week of 17-24 Jul, going to Hyderabad]

Jul 1: 30min stationary bike @ gym
Jul 2: 18min Elliptical + 22min stationary bike @ gym

Itís not that we will ever stop learningóitís just that we have to start using the tools in our everyday lives, as opposed to conducting an ongoing search to fix ourselves.

Monthly goals: practice dance 1 day/2 weeks, strength 2 days/week outside of personal training sessions, 'run' 12 miles/ week, start doing yoga 1 day/week, TRACK FOOD.

1: stoplight ellip l 2-5 35 min 2.5 mi; bi/tri/shoulder/chest/lats/leg press/calves
2: rest- SO SORE!
3: stoplight ellip l2-5 intervals 40 min 3 mi
4: ellip l 7-10 47 min 4.01 mi. & abs
5: ellip l 7-10 40 min 3.43 mi
6: rest day
7: personal training session
goal met- 12.94 miles this week!

8: ellip l 8 35 min 3.05 mi
9: rest day
