Had to suddenly head home after my (hubby's) nanaji passed away :( not going to go back and track my workouts here (there were a few, but not as many as normal obviously). Will update again starting next Wed!

Current goal:
-8 pounds (32 total) by October

April 4: 15min T-Tapp + 27min walk while talking to BFF + Spark Circuit (Barbell) All activities done in each circuit for 30 sec worth of reps. Rest 2 minutes between each circuit.
April 3: 15min T-Tapp + 25min Spark Circuit (Body weight) + 15min walk while talking to BFF
April 2: 25min walk while talking to BFF
April 1: 15min T-Tapp + 32min walk while talking to BFF + Spark Circuit (Barbell) All activities done in each circuit for 30 sec worth of reps. Rest 2 minutes between each circuit.

Itís not that we will ever stop learningóitís just that we have to start using the tools in our everyday lives, as opposed to conducting an ongoing search to fix ourselves.

This month I am going to try and exercise everyday.

Today- 60 minutes water jogging and 2 sets of wall pushups. Might do one 15 minute core video later.

This month my goal is to walk a minimum of 10,000 steps daily. emoticon
I would also be doing a bit of stationary cycling... depending on mood and level of motivation emoticon Here's to a good start ....

April 1 : walking - 70 mins / 4.75 kms / 9500 steps.** cycling - 17 mins / 7.7 kms.
2 : W - 85 mins / 5.55 kms / 11100 steps. ** C - 20 mins / 9.15 kms

Monthly goal: 12 miles/week, strength training 2-3x/week, including personal training session

April 1: ellip 3 mi l 6-8 36 min, chest + biceps + stretch 20
April 2: ellip 4 miles l 5-6 50 min (stupid muscle pain! had to go slow so went longer!) + stretch for 10
April 3: GREAT workout! i feel so awesome! ellip 5-6 4.11 mi 50 min, shoulders/bi/abs + stretch 15 min
April 4: a little tired today! ellip 6-8 40 min 3.3 mi + 5 stretch
April 5: REST
April 6: personal training session- 35 min; ellip & treadmill & stretch-25 min 1 mi
April 7: REST

April 8: - back hurts :( rest day
