I get up at 3:30 every morning and go for a 70 minute walk every day or almost! It helps that my husband comes with me since it is dark. I will be heading out in 5 minutes. I have to leave for work by 6:30 so it is a tight window.

Jasmine: not sure who you were addressing- I had to work my way up REALLY slowly after a bad back spasm about a year ago. I started with just 10 minutes at a time. My goal was to get back up to an hour on the elliptical. I do have to spend time stretching and doing my physical therapy exercises so that adds on as well :) Now I have started, for the first time in my life, to target speed/time goals when 'running' on the elliptical... I started with 12 minute miles at the end of June, my goal is to be down to 10 minute miles by the end of the year (five consecutive). So those things help.

Aaaand I have a little competition running with my hubby to see who can run more miles each week, so that helps :P

Current goal:
- 32 by end of April.

Next goals: -
39 total by end of May.
-46 by end of June.
