Sounds good but I would make it low fat milk and take more water. I just finished my 3.2 mile walk but I usually have a mug of coffee with non dairy creamer and water before I leave. It is dark and cool so I do not have to take water if I drink it before hand. I have breakfast after I come back, since it is too early for me to eat at 4:00am. It is a good idea to have a healthy snack before your walk if you can do it.Good Luck!
