Try switching from white rice to brown rice...will keep you feeling more full for same quantity of white rice.

There is no way to change the forum once you have posted....its alright becuase you posted this correctly in General Team Discussion Forum.

Hi All,
My diet range is from 1200 to 1500 calories, but considering my lifestyle, I decided to stick to 1200.
For the last week or so, I am just not able to meet this and am averaging around the 1800 mark.
Can you let me know if you have any sample Indian diets for 1200 cal?
(I am a south Indian, so rice is an important part of my family's meal).

P.S Sorry, just realised this is filed in the wrong forum (under time period challenges), is there any way I can change the forum for the topic?
