Complete all these every day.

1)Drink 2.5 to 3 ltrs water.

2)Eat 5 serving of vegetable
3)take 50% of ur carbohydrates from whole grain

4)take your oil intake up to 2 tsp/day

5)Drink 2 glass skim milk(any form)

6)Do not eat carbohydrates after 4 p.m.

7)Eat 2 serving of fruits.

8)Do Kapalbhati pranayam for 10 mins.If u r new then serch in www.youtube.com for kapalbhati pranayam.Try both time morning & evening.But remember try on empty stomach & after food 4 to 5 hrs gap

9)sleep for 8 hrs.


10)30 to 45 mins brisk walking or cardio or little speedy exerciese whatever u like.

Post ur point 1 step for 10 point so 10 steps for 100 points.Lets go to gether for healthy weight loss
