Joining in a bit late on this one - have been off spark for a bit

My 5 streaks are

1. 60 mins of aerobics thrice a week and at least 3 hours more of exercise in the week
2. Eat at least six small meals every day
3. Sleep for at least 7 hours
4. Eat at least 3 servings of fruits and veges
5. No aerated drinks/fried food (permissible limit once a week)

Its time for me to take the wheel !

HI everyone,

This month you set your own goals within the defined frame. Go ahead and challenge yourself for a slimmer YOU! Of course, the other team mates will chip in to encourage you or give you a kick when you need one..


1. Min. X glasses of water
2. Min. X serv. of fruits and veggies
3. Track all food eaten for the day (does not have to be in range)
4. Do at least X minutes of cardio
5. Strength Training (any amount)
6. Gratitude/Positive: What made you smile or brought you joy today

You may have one day per week where you miss ONE thing and still keep your streak alive. Post your stats every day.

These five things a day make the fat go away!! See how long you can keep up your streak. Then try to beat your longest streak.

FRIDAY is Success Day. Post any successes you had during the week and Post 1 goal for the weekend that will keep you on track

Remember: You weigh less when you're streaking!!
