I started a bit late, but I am confused about the diet. Currently I am taking lots of fruits and veggies, fish and eggwhite sometimes....taking sprouts..... Doing regular workouts, but i have hypothyroidism...and joined new job..so having hard time...still trying to keep myslef motivated my challenge to myslef is No Cofee and daily workout!!

I guess we should concentrate more on low GI veges and fruits. That will really help and as for those who are not vegetarian, fish and egg whites will be a good option compared to mutton or etc... soy milk is also good ....
-- I am going to try my best to follow it starting tomorrow .. my main concern is to cut down coffee, bread, pasta, dosa, pastries and anything related to that for the next 2 weeks....

FEAR CAUSES A PERSON TO LOOSE FOCUS AND FAIL IN WHAT EVER THEY DO & WHENEVER THERE IS FEAR, TRY TO COMFORT AND ENSURE YOURSELF THAT THERE IS NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OF....
I just read the information and I am in agreement with some of the other comments. It is just too hard to do for most vegetarian diets which are carbohydrate heavy. I do not think I could commit to it either but wish good luck to all who try it!
My emphasis is to try and eat real foods wherever possible and reduce/eliminate any processed type foods as much as possible!
