hmm, at the most what can happen, if you havne't lost weight, you just have to re-evaluate your workout and make changes accordingly. If you have lost weight, then the current routine may just be perfect for you. keep us posted.

Phew - u guys all seem to exercising everyday...am i doing too less - i go for my aerobics classes thrice a week and *plan* to go to the gym twice a week but not managed it yet!

So is three times a week too little?

Its time for me to take the wheel !
