What about adding a challenge where every week we set up an agenda of 3-4 things that we want to do in the week. In case we are unable to do it - the idea is to carry forward to the next week until it becomes a part of our everyday existence and we dont need an agenda to remember it.
so my agenda for the week is
1) Exercise 3 times this week
2) Eat within calories all 7 days including weekends
3) Do one thing for me everyday
4) No Sweets/fried stuff or aerated drinks (gonna be tough have a lot of weddings to attend!)
