Hey good to see that u are still here..

me i did badly on all counts --- so thumbs down to me...Anyway for this week i continue with the same goals

1) Eat within calories
2) Exercise at least thrice a week
3) Eat 1 fruit and 1 vegetable per day
4) Do one thing for me everyday

Its time for me to take the wheel !

You are right.. Anyways, I'll post my progress for this week here:

Did good with exercise..
Calorie range - not great most days
Clean up began and is in progress
Reading book - not started yet..

Anyway my update for Tuesday
1) Eat within calorie range : Done
2) Exercise thrice a week : As of now zero
3) No aerated drinks etc: Done
4) Do something for me: Nope

Better day 2 out of 4 -

1) Exercise atleast 30 minz every day - done
2) Eat within calorie range atleast 5 days this week - fail
3) Clean up my document shelf by this weekend - worked on it for some time this morning
4) Begin reading that book that I wanted to be read - not yet

Hi all,

and Happy Monday to u!!!

What about adding a challenge where every week we set up an agenda of 3-4 things that we want to do in the week. In case we are unable to do it - the idea is to carry forward to the next week until it becomes a part of our everyday existence and we dont need an agenda to remember it.

so my agenda for the week is

1) Exercise 3 times this week
2) Eat within calories all 7 days including weekends
3) Do one thing for me everyday
4) No Sweets/fried stuff or aerated drinks (gonna be tough have a lot of weddings to attend!)
